This is to inform all stakeholders that the Company has approved the following matters at the meeting held today i.e. November 9, 2023:\r\n\r\n1. Unaudited Standalone and consolidated financial results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023;\r\n\r\n2. Increase in the borrowing powers pursuant to section 179 read with Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 upto INR 100 Crores (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crore) subject to approval of the Members. \r\n\r\n3. Notice convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 through video conferencing/other audio visual means to approve the matter as stated in point 2 above. \r\n\r\n4. The dates for book closure for the purpose of Extra Ordinary General Meeting. \r\n\r\n5. Appointment of KNK & Co LLP, FRN: L2017MH002800, Company Secretaries in Practice, as scrutinizers of the Company for conducting the voting process. \r\n
